Our product teams have been working hard at work on impactful updates and features that will improve your Powered Now experience and help your business thrive.

Here’s what’s new:

 

New diary schedule

The Powered Now diary has had a huge overhaul and is now much more powerful and flexible to be able to be configured to work the way that you work.

There’s more capability to manage tasks with a task list integrated with the diary to give a single source of work for every employee.

With one click, employees can open their favourite map application and navigate straight to their next appointment.

A new scheduling feature makes it a snap to plan every employee’s day, with full drag and drop capabilities (available in the new Premium tier).

Holidays, sicknesses and other absences are also shown in the schedule so that people aren’t accidentally allocated work when they aren’t available.

New HR feature

Our new HR system supports you in all the major activities needed to manage your workforce. You can record names, addresses, contact details, upload documents proving your staff’s right to work such as passports and also add records of qualifications, driving licences, etc.

The information that you gathered when you recruited them can be stored safely along with any notes relating to appraisals or disciplinary matters. All of this can become paperless so things are much easier to find when they’re needed.

 

   New customer portal

Now your customers can book appointments for themselves. The place where this should lead to more business is when this is connected to reminders. Every certificate or form that has been completed can have a reminder set.

This reminder is automatically sent to your customer, typically 11 months after the time it was raised. Also, all the documents that you send are available for your customer to view online. This is only available in the Premium tier.

We are also launching our new subscription plan, Premium. 

The new Premium plan provides:

  • Telephone support
  • New “Schedule view” of diary
  • Portal functionality for our subscriber’s customers including the ability to view all past documents, certificates and appointments and the ability to see all communications and to reply to them
  • All messages to/from customers in a single place
