Competition Terms & Conditions
- The Promoter – This competition is promoted by Powered Now Ltd and Refresh PR Agency.
- Eligibility – The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are working in a trade or running a trade business.
- Entry – Entry is via the online form at www.powerednow.com/win One entry per person. Entries must be submitted by 25th May at 23:59. Entries received after this time will not be considered. No purchase is necessary.
- The Prize – There are three (3) prizes available. Each prize consists of one (1) Apple iPad and one (1) annual Powered Now Premium subscription including a free website, commencing from the date of activation. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Winner Selection – Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date. The draw will take place on or before 26th May 2026.
- Winner Notification – Winners will be notified by phone and email within 5 working days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, Powered Now reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.
- Prize Delivery – Physical prizes (iPad) will be dispatched to a UK address provided by the winner within 28 days of confirmation. Powered Now accepts no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
- Data Protection – Personal data submitted as part of this competition will be processed by Powered Now Ltd in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. Your data will be used to administer the competition and to contact you regarding your entry. With your consent, we may also use your details to send you information about Powered Now’s products and services. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting support@powerednow.com or unsubscribing from any communications received.
- Publicity – By entering, winners agree to allow Powered Now to use their name and general location (e.g. “John, Bristol”) in post-competition promotional activity, unless they request otherwise.
- General – Powered Now reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this competition at any time in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control. Powered Now’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final. This competition is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Apple Inc.
- Governing Law – These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
