No. Every plan is a rolling subscription, monthly or annual, and you can cancel whenever you like. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
You get 14 days of full access with no card required. Nothing bills automatically at the end of it — if you decide it is not for you, you just stop. If you do carry on, anything you set up during the trial stays exactly where it is.
Business is a single-user plan at £28 a month, so if you work on your own that is the whole bill.
Professional and Premium are priced per user, because that is where team features live. You only pay for the people who need their own account — if there are three of you on the tools and one in the office, that is four users.
No, all prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout. If you are VAT registered you will be able to claim it back in the usual way.
No, and this is the bit that saves most people real money. Making Tax Digital for Income Tax is built directly into Powered Now and recognised by HMRC, on every plan including Business.
Most job management apps cannot do this — they expect you to buy an accounting package on top. From April 2026, MTD for Income Tax applies to sole traders and landlords earning over £50,000, dropping to £30,000 in 2027 and £20,000 in 2028. More on what MTD means for you.
Yes, both. Xero and QuickBooks Online integrations are included on Professional and Premium, so if your accountant wants everything in one of those, it syncs across automatically.
Yes, up or down, whenever you need to. Plenty of people start on Business on their own, then move to Professional the month they take someone on. Nothing is lost when you switch.
