"I'm not sure it's paying for itself"
Let's look at your actual call log together. One missed job is usually worth more than a year of the subscription — but if the numbers genuinely aren't there for you, we'd rather tell you straight.

"I never got it properly set up"
Call forwarding half-configured, or the number pointing to the wrong place. It's the most common one and it's a five-minute fix.
Cancel your Receptionist
Use the email address on your Receptionist account so we can match it up. You'll get a confirmation by email once it's done.
What happens to your data
If you tick "erase my data" on the form above, here's what that means. If you don't tick it, we simply close the account and keep your details on file.
- Account and login details
- Number configuration and greeting
- Call history, recordings and transcripts
- Caller names, numbers and messages
- Your contact record and marketing preferences
- Billing and invoice records — 6 years, required by HMRC
- Your email on a suppression list — the minimum needed to make sure we never contact you again
Erasure is completed within 30 days and usually much sooner. Cancelling your Receptionist does not touch your main Powered Now account — your jobs, quotes, invoices and customers stay exactly where they are. Tell us on the form if you want that closed too.
