Alongside the release of our brand new Diary, we’ve released four new certificates in Powered Now:

• Landlord’s Gas Safety Record for the Leisure Industry

• CD/11 Oil Firing, servicing and Commissioning

• Pest Control Inspection Report

Powered Now has  22 Certificates available so far, with more to come! To access these new Forms & Certificates simply click on: 

> Settings > Forms & Certificates. This is where you can enable or disable each certificate for your specific use.

New Powered Now Diary 

We have just released the new Powered Now diary which comes with lots of new features. 

Set appointment times in increments. 

• Click and drag to adjust the length of appointments. 
• New 3 day view for mobile devices. 7 day and 14 day of diary for desktop and tablet versions.
• Users initials now appear on the diary for easier identification.
• Main users / Managers who use the mobile app can filter their diary by user.
• Ability to specify colour indicators for your users in your diary.
• New ‘Quick view’ of appointments in the monthly view.
• New ‘Current Time’ indicator in the diary, shown by a red line.
• Improved appointment ‘Drag and drop’ on mobile. Touch and hold to one, making accidental appointment moves less likely.  
• A new ‘Undo’ button which appears for a few seconds, for quickly fixing accidental moved appointments.
